Willow Wood is an adult hospice providing specialist palliative care for patients with life limiting illnesses, both cancer and non-cancer diagnosis.
Willow Wood has historically been focused on offline marketing and fundraising to deliver their annual fundraising targets. They contacted Frank for consultative advice on how to incorporate digital giving into their strategy. They wanted to build a site that would enable people that have never been to the hospice to see the beautiful facilities and understand the difference that the organisation can make to their friends or relatives.
What we delivered
Frank built a content-managed, flexible platform that is scalable and will grow with the digital maturity of the organisation.
The new platform has workspace areas where different areas of the organisation can collaborate in specific workflow areas, as well as effective events management pages that enable the communications team to distribute event information virally using external social media platforms.
