Tom at 101 is a restaurant and bar based in Stockton Heath, Warrington. Having opened over two years ago the client wanted a website that gave their customers accurate information and reflected the standard of service offered. Tom at 101’s restaurant menu is dependent on availability of seasonal produce. Therefore the menu needs to be changed regularly. The client wanted customers to be able to pre-order from the online menu on the day before entering the restaurant, and all food on the menu to be available. The restaurant also regularly changes it’s incentive schemes and wanted to be able to change these offers quickly and simply without a third party facilitator. They also wanted to find out if they could reduce their expenditure on other areas of the business through effective use of the website.

Frank designed a site that gave the client the flexibility they require whilst providing continuity with the interior design of the venue. They can update menus through their password protected administration area and can change offers and incentive schemes themselves as often as they want. They have also reduced overall business expenditure by using the website to recruit new staff, saving on their previous recruitment spend. They now update their site regularly at no extra cost. Tom at 101’s customers also enjoy a better service in the knowledge that content on the website is up to date and can pre-order in confidence.
