Pure Space

'Frank increased orders and enquiries for this Manchester venue'

Pure Space, one of Manchester’s first café bars, is a three floor venue containing a basement club, café bar and roof terrace. The client wanted a new website designing and producing to replace their hard to navigate previous site. Client aims were to give their customers better information about the three different spaces, increase venue hire bookings and increase food orders in the café bar. It was important to the client that the website represented the venues branding and environment online and provided a coherent link between the three floors.

To provide continuity between the venue and its website, Frank designed the site to change colour and behave as the venues signature lighting does. The site steps through shades of colour so that the website is an online extension of Pure Spaces environment. To increase food orders Frank made it easy for users to order food through the site, adding an online booking form where customers can pre-order meals, same day if required. The site contains a registration area where users can become members and access special offers and benefits. Member data is stored on a database that is compatible with standard email clients so that the venue can maximise its use of cost-effective e marketing. It also has an area devoted to selling all three venue hire options and is fully content managed so the client can update all site text and images.
