VIDEO Frank produced this 20-minute video programme to help build better relations between teaching staff and pupil parents. The aim of the programme was to promote to head-teachers the concept of involving parents in school life and in their children's learning and the real difference this involvement makes to a children's education, to family life and to school life. The focus of this was particularly on working with hard to reach parents and ethnic minority parents, and encourage them to take an active involvement in their children's education and the school community. The target audience was head teachers and other educational practitioners, who could take the ideas, concepts and real example presented in the video programme and use them in their own school.
