As part of our project management procedure, all clients receive a weekly highlight report. This provides a snapshot of each project at that moment in time; what has been achieved so far, which stage the project is currently at and what needs to happen when to ensure final delivery is on time and on budget. Our project management software is also used by clients to make suggestions, alterations or query any aspects of their project.
