1/ PHP Web Developer:
The ideal applicant will have commercial experience of:
PHP / MySQL
MVC (CodeIgniter a bonus) for CMS
HTML/XHTML/CSS
Javascript/JQuery
XMLW3C Standards
Actionscript/Flash
SEO & Facebook Integration
You'll have excellent time management skills and be used to working on multiple projects. You'll be able to show an understanding of business requirements and working out appropriate solutions.
The applicant should have a good commercial understanding of SEO best practice in web development. You'll be able to have a significant influence on the business and the ideal applicant will be a motivated self starter who enjoys working in a team environment but also under their own steam. You'll be working on a wide variety of projects and will be involved in the creative process from start to finish. From the project planning stages to going live, you will influence the direction of each project.
2/ Web & Graphic Designer
A creative thinker is required to work on a variety of digital design projects. You'll be a good communicator, will be comfortable talking over conceptual solutions and possible treatments and will have strong views on what constitutes good design. A thorough understanding of web build is required. Experience of design for print and brand development would be a bonus.
