Frank designed the 2004 prospectus for Bede College, a sixth form College in Billingham, Teeside. They needed the prospectus to be modern and reflective of their target age group, inclusive and in a language students can relate to and accessible, listing much information in a small amount of pages. Frank created a positive representation of the college by concentrating on the colleges' excellent results and community life rather than its ageing facilities and buildings, and by using familiar design and imagery, keeping the copy fun and by listing social and recreational aspects of the college as well as course details.
