The Brief
Established 1977 is a boutique and clothing manufacturer based in London. Est 1977 asked Frank to design an online boutique that will help build and strengthen long lasting relationships between customer and company and provide access to new customers from outside their immediate geographical area.
One of Established 1977's strengths is in providing an online 'personal shopper' style guide to their customers. They wanted to ensure that this feature was maintained and developed once their online boutique was open.
The site shop uses a product zoom feature that enables online shoppers to view multiple images of each product in detail, allowing users to view intricate clothing detail online and removing barriers from making a sale.
The Solution
Estelle, Established 1977's virtual guide helps customers to browse their clothing collections, open an ongoing dialogue and to provide helpful, personal advice based on each customers previous purchases and wish list wants. Site design is an online extension of the boutiques interior and the product zoom feature helps customers to gain confidence about each product before they buy.
