Malbern Windows are a well-established manufacturer of UPVC windows, doors and conservatories based in East Manchester. The IT department wanted to be able to bring the management of the site in house so that they could improve on content update service-level times and the frequency of content updates, as well as wanting to bring the site in line with their print and TV advertising.
Frank designed a clean, contemporary site that concentrates on selling Malberns products in an effective, understated manner. The site incorporates components that make it easy for customers to contact Malbern in the manner that suits them most, such as the customer call back feature, and uses lightbox galleries in order to display full size images in an easy to manage, interactive format.
